The IIRP is happy to offer reasonable accommodations / rooms to rent to our customers and students who are registered to attend professional development events, and we ask that you be mindful that we are not a hotel with the same services.
The apartment is a simple shared living space on the third floor (no elevator access) with private bedrooms, but most have shared bathrooms. Included are: linens and towels, internet access, laundry facilities. No smoking or lighting candles is allowed. No pets.
Cost is $50 per night, per person.
Payment must be received prior to arrival for weekend stays, as the IIRP office will be closed. For weekday arrivals, payment can be made prior to or on the date of arrival.
Due to the nature of the shared spaced and as a courtesy to other guests:
- For cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival and during IIRP office hours, payment will be refunded, as the IIRP has time to notify the other guests. Office hours are Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m Eastern time.
- “No shows”: refunds cannot be guaranteed, as the IIRP will not have time to notify other guests.
Once the IIRP receives the completed form, you will be notified by the apartment manager about availability.
